“Plant Based” the hottest 2018 food trend

Our clients are asking us for more plant based options and we are happy to oblige.  We are always working on adding new menu items that are delicious and visually exciting.

We are also seeing a trend in edible decor on guest tables replacing florals.  Guests can sit and talk while casually eating healthy, delicious and beautiful food!  


We catered a recent event where our client requested her entire kitchen island become a beautiful grazing station using only organic produce and grass fed lamb and beef.  It was rumored that Ce Lo Green and Shani James would be in attendance so we were very excited!  Shani shipped in several of her vintage dresses and accessories so there was a lot of shopping going on!  In addition to setting up a beautiful grazing station we had servers pass small bites creating a chill vibe and lots of mingling.  This LA crowd was looking for health-centric food combined with a little glam which made for a fun-filled evening.
